This Privacy Policy describes how Pylon ("we," "us," "our," or the "App") handles information when you use our iOS application. Pylon provides fantasy football statistical intelligence, comparative analytics, and draft cheat sheets for informational and entertainment purposes. Pylon does not require account creation and does not collect personal information that identifies you individually. This policy explains what limited data is collected and how it's used.

By using Pylon, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Pylon does not require or offer user accounts, and we do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other direct personal contact information.

All optional in-app subscription purchases (such as Pylon Pro) are processed securely by Apple Inc. through your Apple ID and the App Store. Pylon does not collect, receive, or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or financial payment details.

We collect limited usage data through analytics tools to understand how the App is used and to improve its functionality and performance. This data is not tied to your identity and cannot be used to identify you personally. It may include:

• General app usage patterns (e.g., features used, screens viewed, session length)
• Device and technical information (e.g., device type, operating system version, app version)
• Crash and performance data

This data is aggregated and analyzed in the context of overall app usage, not individual behavior.

We use the limited data we collect to:

• Understand how Pylon is used so we can improve features and performance
• Identify and fix bugs, crashes, and technical issues
• Monitor overall app stability and usage trends

We do not use this app usage data to build individual personal profiles.

Pylon uses third-party services to support app functionality, analytics, and advertising. These providers may process data on our behalf, subject to their own privacy policies:

Pylon uses Google AdMob to display advertisements within the app. AdMob may collect and use certain information, including device identifiers, IP address, and other information related to your device and interaction with ads, to provide, measure, and improve advertising.

Depending on your settings and applicable laws, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Google may use collected information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and advertising policies.

You can manage or restrict ad personalization and tracking preferences anytime directly through your device settings on iOS (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising) or by visiting Google's Ad Settings.

We do not sell, rent, or trade any information collected through Pylon. We may share data with the third-party service provider(s) listed above solely for the purposes described in this policy.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or ensure the safety of our users.

Pylon does not store personal data on our servers. All app data, including anonymous usage information cached locally, is stored only on your device. If you delete Pylon from your device, this data is permanently removed.

Any data already transmitted to our third-party service provider(s) is retained according to their respective data retention policies.

Pylon is rated for ages 4 and up but is not specifically directed at or designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, as the App does not require accounts or personal information to function.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through Pylon, please contact us so we can address it appropriately.

Pylon collects anonymous usage analytics as a core part of how the App is maintained and improved, and this data collection cannot be opted out of within the App. Because this data is not linked to your identity, it cannot be individually accessed, modified, or deleted upon request — however, all locally stored data is removed automatically when you delete the App from your device.

We take reasonable measures to help protect the limited data collected through Pylon. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or applicable laws. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Pylon after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
